Dear @USPS UR company should be able to help ppl figure out how to mail something to a soldier (what goes on what lines on customs form address); I was told *I* should know how to do that, not her (the clerk). You are in the mailing and shipping business. No wonder you are having so many problems. Would a @Starbucks employee ever tell me *I* should know how to order their drinks? NO. That is what they are paid to do--help me--they are the experts in that. You should be the experts in this. We're not talking about some street address in a country a person would have no idea about (I would get that). But this is a United States Armed Services person. How much mail have you delivered to our soldiers? Good grief! The stupid clerk had me in tears. I'll find some other way to get my packages to my friend.
