Transparency International #Haiti Hypocrisy

In October 2003, Transparency International (TI) released its Corruption index, labeling #Haiti the third most corrupt country in the world under the administration of then president Jean-Bertrand Aristide. (http://haiti-news.com/?Global-Group-Urges-Anti-Corruption)

Showing how politically corrupt Transparency International (TI) itself has become and defying logic, in their recent assessment "Corruption and impunity in the Americas require urgent actions, not just rhetoric", THE MARTELLY REGIME IN HAITI IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED. (http://www.transparency.org/news/pressrelease/corruption_and_impunity_in_the_americas_require_urgent_actions_not_just_rhe)

So we are to believe that Haiti under Martelly is no longer corrupt despite well-known documented cases involving murder, kidnapping, kickbacks, illegal campaign contributions from foreigners, family scandals, etc? Go figure.
