@JayneLinney As long as my Oramorph continues at the correct rate I can deal with the pain.
If my regular GP interferes again, I'm in serious trouble. He handed me off to one of his colleagues a few months back, probably in the hope she'd back him. Instead she was horrified that I was on such a low dose, and immediately doubled it to the correct dose. And that works just fine. Not perfect - few things are - but tolerable. And I no longer wake up screaming in the night, so I'll take that as a win!
