PLEASE READ - BE AWARE OF TICKET SCAMS ON TWITTER!!!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR KRY TICKETS/ANY OTHER TICKETS ON TWITTER, PLEASE READ THIS!!! Please be careful with whom you are buying your tickets from on twitter. There are certain red flags to look out for:

1) if they demand that you send the money asap
2) if they don't agree to meet up in person to exchange the ticket
3) if they are grossly overcharging you

My friend and I were willing to overpay for tickets because we were assured we'd be getting these awesome tickets, but it turned out to be a scam and we lost a significant amount of money because of it. ***DO NOT TRUST THEM IF THEY DO NOT AGREE TO MEET IN PERSON TO EXCHANGE THE CASH FOR THE TICKETS, EVEN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO OVERPAY.***

What these guys do is, they'll buy the tickets and pay for them, and then take a screen capture to show that they "have" the ticket. Then they'll cancel the tickets straight away and get their money back. It only takes a few days to get a refund from yes24, so they could be telling you that they have the ticket and they'd have canceled it long, long ago. So, long story short, only trust direct exchanges. My friend and I acknowledged the risk and took it, and now we're suffering for it.

Now the person that scammed me has apparently been doing this for quite a while, across multiple fandoms. To my knowledge, he's scammed Infinite fans, EXO fans, SJ fans, as well as numerous others looking for musical/theatre tickets. His twitter handle is @/ddwx789 and @/chlalwl12, and I suspect that @/angelfive032 is also one of his accounts. He goes by many names, so if you see these in your negotiations with people on twitter, STEER CLEAR!

윤주환 (Yoon Joo Hwan)
윤주혜 (Yoon Joo Hye)
윤주현 (Yoon Joo Hyun)
윤재희 (Yoon Jae Hee)
윤여옥 (Yoon Yeo Ohk)
정미경 (Jung Mi Kyung)

Also, if you see this phone number -> 010-6639-7494 <- or these names associated with a bank account from Nonghyup or Korea Development Bank, stay away! I know for a fact that this is a young man in his 20's or 30's despite the fact that he pretends to be a woman, because my boss called that phone number and actually talked to the guy.

If you've been scammed by this guy or any other Korean on twitter, please send me a DM. My DM is open to everyone, and I will do what I can to advise you on how to get your money back. I can't guarantee anything, but especially if you're in Korea as well I can advise you on how to go about filing a police report, if you feel that's your next course of action.

Other than that, just exercise caution when buying tickets from people that you don't know. Of course the best, if not the easiest, option for finding KRY tickets is through Yes24, though I know and understand that they've been pretty solidly locked up since ticketing opened. If you absolutely have to buy off twitter, make sure to arrange for a direct transfer. If they're not willing, they're probably scamming you. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we're going through, even if it was our own fault. These people will take absolutely every chance to rip you off.

At the VERY least, if you are willing to take the chance and send the money beforehand, MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEARCH THEIR TWITTER HANDLE ON TWITTER/GOOGLE/NAVER/DAUM. A simple search can show you if other people have been scammed by the same person or if anyone else has had any kind of negative experience with that person. If we'd searched that person before we sent the money, it would have saved us a lot of hassle.

Bottom line is, no ticket, no matter how awesome it looks or how many times the person swears up and down to you that it's a deal, is worth you losing money over. The old saying goes, if it's too good to be true it probably is, and in this case it's better to exercise caution. Please don't make the same mistake we did /o\
