When does the sale start?
Public sale start on Monday 16th November at 9am.
If you’re in Adam Lambert’s own fan club you can buy your pre-sale tickets from 12th November 9am until 16th November 7.30 am. You can join the fan club here: https://adam-lambert.wun.io/auth/
Where can you buy the tickets?
When the public sale starts you can buy the tickets from internet store of Lippupiste (http://lippu.fi/adam-lambert), Lippupiste’s sale points, from R-kioski (event number: 111247) and also from phone service. The number is 0600 900 900. That’ll cost 1,98€ per minute plus extra costs (depends where you call from). You can’t buy VIP tickets from R-kioski.

How many tickets can one customer buy?
You can buy 8 tickets per customer.
Does guardian or baby need an own ticket?
Everyone has to have their own ticket.
Can I order a ticket with a bill?
No you can’t.
Can I book tickets?
You can book tickets via phone service (number: 0600 900 900). They will hold them for you for 5 days. Then you have to collect them from one of the sale points.
Can I order tickets with a credit card?
You can buy tickets via phone service (number: 0600 900 900). Our internet site accepts Mastercard and Visa.
How can I pay in the internet site?
You can pay with these bank accounts: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, LähiTapiola, Nordea, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken.

Wheelchair customer’s convoy can get in to the concert for free. Doesn’t need own ticket if he/she comes same time with the wheelchair customer.
Wheelchair places are between stands 112-116.
Parking in Hartwall Arena costs 10€. You can pay only with cash.
Can I post a picture of my ticket in social media?
We don’t recommend posting ticket pictures in social media so that no one can use your ticket wrong. Every ticket has an unique code so if you post a picture where you can see the whole code, someone can copy your ticket and use it before you. That means you can’t get in if someone has already used your ticket code.
There’s another’s name in the ticket, can I get in?
Yes, you can. It doesn’t matter who has bought the ticket.
What does the VIP-packages include?
Trespassing VIP-package includes:

- VIP entrance to the pit before anyone else

- Buffet dinner before the concert (6-8pm)

The Original High VIP-package includes:
- GA ticket or down stand seating from stand 107

- Entrance to official after party with your VIP laminate (after party is only for people over 18)
Can I change place after buying tickets?
No.
What do I do if someone steals my ticket?
You have to keep your ticket safe. You are responsible of it.
Where can I call if I need help with buying tickets from the internet?
You can call to the Help Desk number 0600 41 31 41 (0,59€ per minute plus extra costs, depending where you call from). This number is only for helping no bookings or anything else.
Can I bring camera?
You can take pictures with your cellphone and camera. You can’t take pictures with tablets, video cameras or professional cameras. Artist may change these directions if he wants.
What I can’t bring to the concert?
You can’t take bottles, cans, guns or any dangerous objects. It’s forbidden.
