Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin says his staff is “not a high-pressure recruiting unit” – he explains that approach via 12th Man TV today:
“We’re looking for guys who are great team guys, guys who want to be at Texas A&M, guys who’ve expressed an interest in being here, that really understand what we want to do.
“We’re not a high-pressure recruiting unit. We’ve got guys who come in here and take a look at us and understand what we’re about. Because of that we don’t have a lot of de-commitments. We might have one or two a year. We don’t have five or six guys who are committed to us, and just leave.”
