# SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT #
hey there, kazoku!
no, this isn’t some super early announcement regarding our next event - but we’ve got something to tell you guys that’s just as exciting! but before we spill the details, first you need the backstory. . so get comfy, this might be a long read for some of you.
to those of you that were with us about two months back, you might remember our response ( https://twishort.com/sSXjc ) regarding suggestions of a possible revamp. tl;dr : discussions of a revamp did take place, but rather than start anew, the admins felt attracting new members through promoting more would be more effective in rejuvenating the roleplay.
on that note - just recently, one of the members approached one of us admins, asking if they could help us with the roleplay - but not through becoming an admin. the member was none other than @kzkchimchim, and his offer was to help us with promoting kazoku. after receiving this proposal, we came up with the idea of creating ‘kzkpromoters.’
the official @kzkpromoters account will be used by a team of around 2~3 kazoku members to. . well, promote the roleplay! to keep things fair, the team members will be flexible; promoters can willingly retire to allow others to take over, and promoters who want to go on semi-hiatus/hiatus will be asked to retire. of course, those who retire can always reapply whenever they’d like and be considered to be chosen as a promoter again. we’ll have a chapter on our aff thread dedicated to the kzkpromoters team for updates and more, and will also tweet out a notice whenever we’re looking for new promoters.
kazoku members who’d like to become an official promoter are required to fill out the application form ( goo.gl/forms/Wz47hUkMCP ), and cannot be on hiatus/semi-hiatus at the time of application. if you are chosen to become a promoter, you will receive a dm from us to inform you of the specifics. if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the admins through the base or personally!
and if you ever have any questions, suggestions or requests regarding the roleplay in general, please don’t be shy to share them with us - just by looking at how this idea came about, we mean it when we say we genuinely love hearing your thoughts, and will always look for ways to improve the roleplay for the sake of our members.
