"What the people own - by virtue of the California Compassionate Use Act of 1996 - Monsanto can't. This is the primary motivation of Prop 64 - to kill the Compassionate Use Act in an effort re-seize proprietary control of cannabis. All the rest of 64 is so much window-dressing -- the "spoonful of sugar" to help the poison-pill go down. Spit 64 out California. Don't swallow the lies. Save Prop 215. Vote NO on 64."
