5 consecutive days in a sick bed, BenaDRILLED out of my mind. Bored. Decided to make a ranked list of the Nintendo Switch games I own. I know I've got several FB friends who have a Switch, so I thought I'd share my insights and recommendations with you. It's also good to know which games aren't worth the investment.

1) (Best) Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Played 190 hours. It's not even in my top 3 Zelda games but it's good and definitely the best the Switch has to offer. 5 out of 5 stars from me. Definitely buy it.

2) Stardew Valley. Part RPG, part simulator. I was never into Farmville or any other farm simulator but this game's quirkiness got me. Played 145 hours. 4 out of 5. I'd say a "definite buy" but I can see where some people may not love it as much as I do.

3) Minecraft. Played 50 hours. I was late to the Minecraft game but enjoyed my time playing it. There's something about mining games (see Stardew Valley) that I enjoy. Dig, dig, dig. Gimme diamonds! 4 out of 5.

4) Mario vs. Rabbids. Played 20 hours. A turn-base tactical game with a lot of charm. 4 out of 5.

5) Super Mario Odyssey. Played 20 hours. So much lost potential. The story mode is stunningly short. I probably beat the game in 10 hours. The game's mechanics didn't make me hungry to come back and collect more stars. And I'm a huge fan of Mario games. This was a dumbed down version of Galaxy. Worth the purchase but not outstanding. 3.5 out of 5.

6) Splatoon 2. Played 15 hours. This didn't feel like a true sequel to me. It's more of a revamp of the first one. Frankly, there are much better multi-player shooter games on PS4. 3 out of 5.

7) Golf Story. A fun mix of an RPG and golf game but not compelling enough to keep me coming back for more. 2.5 out of 5.

8) Shovel Knight. A fun divergence but not nearly as great as reviewers make it seem. Played 10 hours. 2.5 out of 5.

9) Super Mario Party. Played 5 hours. It's just juvenile. The mini-games are so uneven. Some are great, others are a snooze. The online functionality makes absolutely no sense. You can't play game board mode online and with your friends. I wish I never bought it. 2 out of 5.

10) Mario Tennis Aces. Played 8 hours. Oy. I thought I was going to love this game when I played the demo but I was wrong. The online matchmaking system SUCKS for this game, which kills any sense of enjoyment. Wish I didn't waste my money on this title. 2 out of 5.

11) Snipperclips. Played 4 hours. I got this right after I purchased my Switch because there were hardly any other games to get. Major waste of money. The game engenders all of the major criticism's people have of Nintendo, namely the games are childish and pander. 1 out of 5.

12) Undertale. I've only played this game for about 40 minutes and I don't get it. Does it get better? Like SIGNIFICANTLY better? I'll give it another hour of play. It's just been mind-numbingly boring so far. If it continues like this, it'll be, hands down, the worst Switch game I've purchased. But I'm hopeful it gets better because the reviews for it have been stellar. Not enough gameplay to determine quality.

I also own Jackbox Party 3 and 4, which are fun for game nights with friends. I'd rate them 3 out of 5.
