It may not be as scary as Hill House but the production and writing is equally good. The production actually was much more complex and expensive compared to Hill House. This whole storyline went crazy! It had so many layers. It gave the audience a lot of food for thought and made the viewers question if this is real or not. The shots and cinematography and the mood settinf was so different from Hill House which gave it its own flavor. The choice of cinematography was so still and symmetric at first but through the end esp the last 2 episodes, it was almost as fluid as Hill House so kuddos to the cinematographer! The scoring was intense and the directing was really good. This is a whole new Victoria Pedretti. She gave us layers! OMG But the real MVP in this was T’Nia Miller! That was an award-worthy performance!
