@StarTrekAxanar: I know the last clause will, in all likelihood be a necessary evil, but I'm equally uneasy that parent companies/studios will have complete access to exploit the work of/incorporate storylines created by fans who will not necessarily be compensated by even a measly credit due to not being recognised as a bona fide contributor to "official" works by the Guilds governing the business.
